Her early dance journey began with ballet, then expanded to Street Dance, focusing on Hip Hop, House Dance, Waackin’, and Dancehall. She studied in NYC, London, Paris, and more, and taught in London, Dublin, Budapest, Slovakia, and across the Czech Republic. Tess is the choreographer of Czech masters in Street Dance and Hip Hop, and of the 2009 Dance Group of the Year.

Originally from Armenia and now based in Vienna, Nelly is dedicated to teaching and promoting authentic jazz dance styles. With nearly a decade of teaching experience, she focuses on helping students discover the joy of jazz through personal expression, creativity, and the core values of African American art forms.

Educator, LINDY HOP
Hailing from Australia and now Berlin-based, Elle has been exploring dance from an early age, dabbling in various styles. Elle is constantly deepening her understanding of the African American roots of jazz dances while also exploring other social dance styles. As a teacher, she aims to create a space for her students to move beyond the steps, encouraging them to embrace their unique identities and connect to the music authentically.

Wahe is a well-known Czech-Armenian street dancer and choreographer, celebrated for his unique style and contributions to the street dance community. He has a strong background in urban dance styles such as hip-hop, popping, and locking, and he has gained recognition for his powerful performances, creative choreography, and teaching skills.

Educator, Lindy Hop
Peter has loved jazz for as long as he can remember. Starting with bebop, he discovered the joy of dancing to old jazz music. A former ballroom dancer and talented saxophonist, he decided in high school to express his love for jazz through dance.His passion for music and its history is evident—if you hear great jazz, you’ll likely see Peter dancing, encouraging others to join in.

Genia comes from Kyiv, Ukraine. For many, she is one of the most fascinating blues dance and lindy hop dancers on the current European scene. As a dancer, she has won numerous awards in competitions across Europe. In her teaching, she focuses primarily on conscious movement and its development, as well as deep connection with the music.

Asael
Educator, Lindy Hop
Originally from Mexico and now based in Berlin, Asael draws inspiration from self-expression, shared spaces, and storytelling through movement, which have fueled his dedication to exploring this African American art form over the years. He has a deep love for rhythms, and his passion for learning about Jazz culture and values has also inspired him to explore his own roots further, preserving Latin American influences in his art while uncovering their connections to Jazz.

ŠPELA
Educator, Performance track
Špela Premelč is a sociologist of culture and geography professor. In 2015, she published her thesis on Contemporary Dance in Slovenia. Since 2013, Špela has been dancing and teaching swing dances (lindy hop, solo jazz, balboa), constantly expanding her skills at festivals worldwide. She emphasizes quality body movement and values a co-creative relationship with her students, blending her dance versatility with her educational background to teach various age groups and genres.

Educator, Lindy Hop, organiser
Janča is a Lindy Hop, aerials, and solo jazz teacher from Brno. She began with ballet, contemporary and folklore dance. In 2013, she discovered Lindy Hop and has been devoted to it ever since. For Janča, dance is about connecting with the music and expressing individual style. Her classes focus on deepening the connection between dance and music, ensuring students enjoy the experience and have fun.
